Looks like it&#8217;s a direct sequel to the first film (ignoring all of the other follow-ups) and features original heroine Laurie Strode (Jamie Lee Curtis). Strode sets out to finish Michael Myers for good after he escapes once again from an asylum&#8230; hope it goes better for the character this time out than it did for her in <em>Halloween: Resurrection<\/em> (2002).
