This workout challenge roundup is going to put you straight into the burpee hall of fame!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Well, if you thought last week\u2019s crazy\u00a0Cotter workouts\u00a0 round up were CRAZY,\u00a0 this weeks workout roundup might be even crazier. I think I will blame this on the freezing temperatures. Makes me want bust out a Burpee to stay warm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.cottercrunch.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/01\/burpee-time.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.cottercrunch.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/01\/burpee-time_thumb.jpg\" alt=\"burpee time\"\/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">But actually, the point of this post is to share a few Burpee challenges is going on. We have one at my\u00a0gym\u00a0reach 1000 GI Janes or Burpees in 90 days. Along with a lot exercises and cardio goals (like so many meters of rowing machine, running miles, spin, kb swings, etc). It\u2019s full on crazy and I love it! Talk about a major sweat fest. But I\u2019m a rare bread, I really love Burpee\u2019s. Plus I promised my class if they made it through the whole class, I would make them all\u00a0Healthy Bites!
